  • 1992–1995: Bachelor of Arts in media and communication science at Jönköping University. The bachelor's dissertation (autumn 1994), “Den omöjliga översättningen” (The impossible translation), compares The Catcher in the Rye with its two Swedish translations, by Birgitta Hammar (1953) and Klas Östergren (1987), to show how literary translators adapt a text to a new culture – and change its meaning. It got a top grade. Before that, the International Baccalaureate at SSHL in Sigtuna.
