View larger: Slide from the 2011 idea seminar, in Swedish, “The customer journey”: six steps with blue arrows between them – Attract, Clarify, Engage, Adapt, Wow, Extend. Under each step the channels: ads, Google, studera.nu and antagning.se; su.se and su.se/studera; department and program page; short link and syllabus; insight. Below a dashed line, things that can be added – AdWords, Facebook, YouTube, video, dialogue, photos, alerts, reminders, guidance, timed information, humor, the face in the city, recommend, feedback, connect, newsletter – and a red line tracing a possible path from Facebook to a recommendation.
  • View larger: Idea seminar: a landing page: In Swedish. A sketch of a landing page for the Bachelor's Program in Linguistics, 180 credits, with an introduction and buttons to recommend, tell a friend, get a call back, remind me and newsletter. Below: a video where “Anna tells you what to think about!”, “Ask a student directly”, “Ask, talk and share ideas on our Facebook page!” and “How to apply”.
  • View larger: Idea seminar: concrete ideas, rated: In Swedish. A table of five ideas with descriptions and star ratings: student ambassadors (five stars – “high feasibility and expected high effect”), a photo competition, “The face in the city” (four), project blogs (four – “with the right prize this could generate enormous visibility”), a forum for the public and future students (three) and Bambuser live broadcasts (three).
  • View larger: Idea seminar: what other universities do: In Swedish. A comparison table of 14 Swedish universities – Linköping, Linnaeus, Umeå, Karolinska Institutet, Karlstad, Örebro, Mid Sweden, Uppsala, Lund, SLU, Gävle, Chalmers, Gothenburg and KTH – with columns for Facebook, YouTube, student blogs and other activities, such as question boxes, students telling their stories, campaign sites and student chat.

Strategist and experience designer for the Faculty of Science, on its printed catalog and on recruiting new students through other channels: I mapped the whole journey of future science students, from fifth grade to admission, and turned it into a strategy and new digital services.
