  • Sketched a new interface for the sales tool (December 2010): flows for finding a target group, a personal start page, lightboxes instead of pop-up windows, and design patterns like hiding superfluous options and putting form labels on top.
  • A personal tone of voice: “Try to see the text on the page as a conversation with the user. How does Vroom talk?” – down to a delete confirmation that opens with the playful exclamation “Galaxer i mina braxer!”.
