  • Skanska Facilities Management (2000): mapped several web-based services and applications and brought them together in one information design, with recommendations for a new information structure, project organization and way of managing the information
  • Oriflame (2002): review and user test of the website, then early review of paper prototypes that removed problems in structure, navigation and shopping logic
  • Arbetslivsinstitutet (2002): user needs analysis and navigation and content structure for a training website
  • SEB (2003): user tests of a web service for bank customers, combining interviews, observation and surveys

  • Lumano's free breakfast seminars, which I held regularly: an introduction to usability (including how to spot common problems with an expert review), writing for the web, and accessibility on the web.
  • Articles for Lumano's website (2001–2003): on choosing a publishing tool, the power of web statistics, usability trends from User Interface East in 2002, ten common usability problems, and why a web survey never replaces a user test – a text that also ran as a debate article in Computer Sweden in March 2004.
