  • The goal: make the company's information, resources and tools easier to reach, and give employees more power over information – so everyone could influence and take part in decisions, share knowledge, learn from each other and build communities of practice.
  • Tools, methods and training, built on thorough surveys of how employees saw internal communication and what motivated them.
  • Four months and about eight person-years of work from several suppliers.
  • Reviews, training, action plans and plans for running the system over time.
The project was carried out extremely well. Both time and budget were kept according to plan.
